Grab Bag Body Pump
Pick Two
It’s this simple: pick two movements, one upper body focused, and the other lower body focused. Perform as many reps as you can of the two movements in whatever order you need in order to reach the goal. For example: push-ups and lunges.
If you can reach 100 reps of each movement, it's time to add some weight.
