Prison Cell Cut-Up

Finding time, space, and energy to work out can indeed be difficult. However, the prison cell workout limits the endless choices you’ll find at your local gym. There’s no equipment, only small spaces, and a lot of time. There are lots of variations to these movements, so get creative to keep yourself engaged. Perform each of these movements for two minutes - you’ll feel great in a short amount of time and get cut-up. No gym membership needed. Get pumping!

Handstands (place feet on wall for added safety)
